Welcome to MJ Pressure Washing LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting a quote or using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. We provide quotes based on your service request. Once you accept the quote, we will schedule and perform the pressure washing service. Our services are offered on a per-job basis only; there are no subscriptions or recurring service agreements. Payment is due as agreed upon in the quote, either before or after the service depending on our arrangement.

We respect your privacy and do not share your personal information with any outside third parties, except as required by law. If you receive SMS messages from us, you may cancel the service at any time by texting "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS, and you will no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, simply sign up again as you did initially. If you need assistance with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" or contact us directly at (XXX) XXX-XXXX. Please note that carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan, and message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.

MJ Pressure Washing LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting, and your continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
